Your first month starts with research.

Before anything goes live, we build a working picture of your business.

We want to know which products deserve attention, which customers are worth acquiring, what messages your market is already seeing and what makes your brand different enough to matter.

We also go through your reviews and customer feedback. This matters because customers will often tell you exactly how to sell the product.

A review saying:

"My scalp finally stopped feeling dry after washing."

can be more useful than a page of generic marketing copy. So can:

"I bleach my hair and this is the first mask that actually made a difference."

Those are buying reasons. We look for them.

The first 30 days

Week 1

We learn the business.

Products, reviews, customers, offers, bundles, competitors, website and previous advertising.

Week 2

We decide what to advertise and how to position it.

We prepare the first campaigns, copy and creative directions.

Week 3

Campaigns begin running.

We start collecting real customer behaviour.

Week 4

We review what people responded to.

We use it to plan the next round. From there, the process continues every month.

One product. Several ways to sell it.

Let's say you sell a £39 bond-repair treatment. We may find customers buying it because of any of these.

  • Bleach damage
  • Heat damage
  • Breakage
  • Frizz
  • Dryness
  • Hair colouring
  • Styling
  • Texture
  • Ingredient quality
  • Reviews
  • Salon recommendations
  • Before-and-after results
  • Ease of use
  • Better alternatives to expensive treatments

Each one gives us a different direction to test.

That is why we do not want your account depending on one ad that happened to work three months ago.

Ads get tired.

The same customer can only see the same message so many times before they stop paying attention. That is normal.

The mistake is waiting until performance gets bad before doing anything about it. We keep watching what is working, what is slowing down and where new ads are needed.

  • Sometimes that means changing the opening line.
  • Sometimes the entire angle.
  • Sometimes the format.
  • Sometimes the offer.
  • Sometimes the audience.

The important part is that the account keeps moving.

We use what the market tells us.

Some ideas will work. Some will not. That is part of advertising. We do not pretend to know the winning ad before customers see it.

Instead, we put sensible ideas into the market, watch what people respond to and use that information to decide what happens next.

  • If customers keep responding to one problem, we explore it further.
  • If one product keeps winning, we give it more attention.
  • If an angle stops working, we replace it.
  • If something consistently performs, we put more behind it.

We need a few things from you too.

Good advertising works better when we have good material to work with.

We will need access to your advertising account, website information, product details, existing customer feedback and whatever photography or video your brand already has.

If we believe you need additional product photography, creator content or professional video production, we will tell you. That production is not included in the £497 management fee unless agreed separately.

You already spent time building the product. Now the advertising needs the same level of attention.

If you are selling a strong hair or scalp care product and want someone who will actually learn the business before managing the ads, we should talk.
